It is my prayer and mission, as a Christian Educator, to make a positive impact on the students that are entrusted in my care on a daily basis. This positive impact can be seen in the classroom, on the playground, in the lunchroom, at after school events, and in the community. God is the focal point in my classroom. Tying God’s Word into the regular curriculum is imperative to Christian Living in the 21st century. In doing so, the children are experiencing more than a school with a religion class, but are living and learning Christian principles.
As a fourth grade teacher, I am given the privilege to work with students in academic areas, but also to provide Christian care and concern for students and their families. Everyone needs to be shown love and respect. Children learn by what they see, not by what you say. Everyday I strive to be the Christian example that God has called me to be.
Serve one another in love. Galatians 5:13
