I chose to teach because of my love for kids and my hope to make a difference in the world. After 7 years in the classroom, I now realize that I learn and am changed just as much as the students I work with. I feel extremely blessed to be at First Immanuel, where we are able to share the love of Jesus on a daily basis. It is through His great love for us that we are able to do everything we do. My prayer as students leave my classroom is that they give God praise and honor for all that they they saw, heard and took in. (Let your light shine among men that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven. -Matthew 5:16)
