Videos explaining the core values of our First Immanuel Lutheran Ministries. A core value is a foundational belief or principle that guides the way a person or an organization conducts its affairs. The culture may change, traditions may change, styles may change, but core values are constant and unchanging. Our ministry has six core values.
Christ-Centered
We are anchored in Jesus Christ and aspire to serve Him and His Church in all that we do.
God's Word
We accept the inerrant, inspired Word of God as the sole source and authority of our faith and life.
Leadership of the Laity
We affirm the priesthood of all believers and celebrate the influence of the laity within the ministry of the congregation.
Personal Wellness
We are committed to learning processes which encourage the wellness of individuals in body, mind, and spirit.
Caring
Our caring is marked by the presence of compassion, integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
Integrating the Faith
Our Christian beliefs compel us to integrate the faith in all aspects of life, and live in anticipation of eternal life in Christ.
