Rev. Randolph H. Raasch has served as pastor of First Immanuel Lutheran Church and School in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, since 1989. He graduated from Concordia College-Milwaukee with an A.A. in 1976, completing his bachelors degree in psychology/sociology at Concordia College-Ann Arbor in 1978. Rev. Raasch received his MDiv. in 1982 from Concordia Seminary-St. Louis.

Prior to arriving at First Immanuel Lutheran, Rev. Raasch served on the pastoral staff of Pinnacle Lutheran Church, Henrietta (Rochester), New York.

Since 1990 Rev. Raasch has served as adjunct professor at Concordia University-Wisconsin in the department of theology. He has also served the church as the President of the Rochester (NY) Lutheran Mission Society; Chairman of the Eastern District Evangelism Committee; member of the Board for Parish Services of the Eastern District; member of the Board for Mission Services of the Eastern District; member of the Evangelism Committee of the South Wisconsin District; Lutheran Schools Accreditation Team for the Eastern District and The South Wisconsin District. Rev. Raasch has conducted Witness Workshops, Prayer Workshops and Team Ministry Workshops in the District.

Rev. Raasch, his wife Diana and daughters Elizabeth and Sarah reside in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Rev. Raasch enjoys reading and is an avid baseball fan, volunteering his time to video graph games for the Milwaukee Brewers.

Rev. Jonathan van Sliedrecht graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2000 with a bachelors degree in pastoral ministry/psychology. Rev. van Sliedrecht received his MDiv from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO in 2004. Prior to arriving to First Immanuel he was a pastor at Trinity Lutheran in downtown Orlando, Florida.

Reverend Wilmer H. Reichmann was born August 3, 1943 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to Wilmer and Leona (nee Schubert) Reichmann. He grew up in Milwaukee near 82nd and Center Street and at age fourteen began attending Concordia High School and College in preparation for the ministry. He graduated from Concordia Senior College in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1965 with a Bachelors Degree in English Literature. Pastor Reichmann received his Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis in 1969 and was ordained at St. Paul Lutheran in Brown Deer by his grandfather Rev. Richard Reichmann and his uncle, James Reichmann. Pastor’s great-grandfather Frederick Reichmann was also a Lutheran pastor being in the first graduating class of Concordia Seminary in St. Louis.


On June 16, 1967 he was joined in marriage to Sandra Zientara. Sandy graduated from Lutheran School of Nursing in St. Louis and has worked as a nurse. Their son Todd and his wife Leanne live in Singapore. Todd works for Citigroup. Their other son, Adam and his wife Lisa live in St. Louis and Adam works for Arnold Advertising.


Pastor and Sandy served in a mission station in Northwestern Ontario and then at Zion Oconto and Faith, Marinette, Wisconsin before moving to Immanuel in Glenview where they served for 21 years. He began his ministry as Pastor of Care and Counseling at First Immanuel, Cedarburg in August of 1998. He has advanced training in Pastoral Counseling from the Pastoral Counseling Center at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois and is a member of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. In addition to his ministry duties at First Immanuel, Pastor Reichmann is currently serving as the Circuit Counselor for the churches of Ozaukee and Washington County. He is also a member of the Ministerial Health Commission for the South Wisconsin District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Pastor Reichmann also began and oversees the Stephen Minister Program at First Immanuel. In January of 2007, Pastor Reichmann semi-retired and is now concentrating on the counseling ministry at First Immanuel. He has brother Peter living in Milwaukee and a sister Kathy living near Porterfield in Northeastern Wisconsin.
