Have you ever thought how you would be affected if FIrst Immanuel Lutheran ceased to exist?

Don't panic! First Immanuel is not closing it's doors. By the grace of God we have been ministering to our community and world since 1853, and by God's grace we will continue to serve in His name until He returns.

I'm asking you to think about how your life, the life of your family and the life of our community would be affected if First Immanuel no longer existed.

No, I honestly have not. Sin creeps into our lives as a result of our inability to stay continuously focused on God. The success of Satan's temptation in Gen was due to the fact that he was able to turn Eve's attention inward towards herself and away from God. As long as we remain focused on our Lord and His mission there will always be a "First Immanuel."
